ISL 2019-20 സീസൺ തുടങ്ങുകയാണ്.കേരള ബ്ലാസ്റ്റേർസ് അടിമുടി മാറ്റവുമായി ആണ് വരുന്നത്.

ഈ സീസണിലെ സാദ്ധ്യത കൾ അഥവാ ഒരു സീസൺ പ്രിവ്യൂ ആണ് ഇവിടെ ഉദേശിക്കുന്നത്.

25 അംഗ സ്ക്വാഡ് ആണ് ഇത്തവണത്തേത്.അനുവദനീയമായ  വിദേശ താരങ്ങൾ 8-ൽ നിന്ന് 7 ആയി കുറച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

7 വിദേശ താരങ്ങൾ ,6 മലയാളി/കേരള താരങ്ങൾ,12 അന്യ സംസ്ഥാന താരങ്ങൾ.ഇതിൽ 7 പേര്  ദേശീയ ടീമിലിടം (National Cap) കിട്ടിയിട്ടുള്ളവരാണ് . ജിങ്കൻ,സഹൽ,സത്യസെൻ,ഹാളിചരൺ,റാഫി,രഹനീഷ്,ലാൽറുവത്താര

നേടുക എന്ന തന്ത്രം (Strategy)-ആണ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്.

ടീമിന്റെ ആകെയുളള ഘടന നോക്കുമ്പോൾ ആവേശം തോന്നുന്ന ഘടകങ്ങൾ ഇവയാണ്.

1.കോച്ച് - എൽക്കോ ഷട്ടോരിയുടേത് പാസ്സിങ്ങ് കൃത്യത,ഡ്രിബിൾ മികവ് തുടങ്ങിയ സാങ്കേതികക്ക് പ്രാധാന്യം കൊടുക്കുന്ന ശൈലിയാണ്.അത് കൊണ്ട് അതിന്റെ ഗുണം കളിക്കളത്തിൽ പ്രതിഫലിക്കും എന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാം.

2. മഞ്ഞപ്പട ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഫാൻസ് - ആരാധക പിന്തുണയിൽ  കേരള ബ്ലാസ്റ്റേഴ്സിനെ വെല്ലാൻ തൽക്കാലം ഇൻഡ്യയിൽ ആരും ഇല്ല . അതിന്റെ അലയൊലികളിൽ കളിക്കാർ ആവേശം കണ്ടെത്തിയാൽ എതിരാളികൾക്ക് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാകും.

ആശങ്ക തോന്നുന്ന ഘടകങ്ങൾ ഇവയാണ്.

1.വേണ്ടത്ര മാച്ച് പ്രാക്ടീസ് ഇല്ല.പ്രീ സീസൺ പരിശീലന മൽസരങ്ങൾ പ്ലാൻ ച്ചെയ്തതു പോലെ നടന്നില്ല.യു.എ.ഇ-യിൽ നടക്കേണ്ടിയിരുന്ന പ്രാക്ടീസ് മൽസരങ്ങൾ ഇടക്ക് വച്ച് ക്യാൻസൽ ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വന്നു.കേരളത്തിൽ നടന്ന പരിശീലന മൽസരങ്ങൾ മതിയാകുമോ എന്ന സംശയമുണ്ട്.

2 പരുക്ക്/Injury

സൈവർലൂൺ,മെസ്സി ബൗളി,സിഡോൻഞ്ച,ജിങ്കൻ എന്നിവർ പരുക്കിന്റെ പിടിയിലാണ്.അതിൽ ജിങ്കന്റെ പരിക്ക് ഗുരുതരമാണ്,അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് സീസൺ നഷ്ടമായേക്കാം.

3.ലോകകപ്പ് യോഗ്യത മൽസരങ്ങൾ കാരണം

ദേശീയ ടീമിലുളള ജിങ്കൻ (പരുക്കിന് മുമ്പ്),സഹൽ എന്നിവരെ പരിശീലനത്തിന് കിട്ടാൻ ഉളള ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട്  ലൈനപ്പും ടീമും സെറ്റ് ആകുന്നതിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന പ്രയാസങ്ങൾ.

4.ആദ്യത്തെ 3 ആശങ്കങൾ കാരണം ടീം പൂർണ്ണമായി സജ്ജമാകുന്നതിൽ ഉണ്ടായ വെല്ലുവിളികൾ ആണ് നാലാമത്തെ ആശങ്ക.അങ്ങനെയെങ്കിൽ ലീഗിലെ കളികൾ വഴി വേണം ടീം സെറ്റ് ആകുവാൻ.അത് കളിക്കാരുടെ ഫിറ്റ്നസിനെ ആശ്രയിച്ചിരിക്കും.

Football Leagues - Quarter Analysis.

Quarter Leagues Analysis

Premier League

It's just 6 points that separates the top five places,that's a matter of just two games.Manchester city looks good for another title,the way they are going.They have just conceded 4 goals in 11 games.While Liverpool have plugged their last season’s problem which was defence,their attack, even with 11 goals between Mane and Salah doesn’t look that sharp when taking on top teams.Still,if they can manage the results,the title could be theirs after a long time.Chelsea’s position this season would depend on how they manage the January transfer window and whether Hazard stays or not.There’s not much separating Arsenal and Spurs in terms of points and goal difference.If the teammates don’t up their ante,Harry Kane may once again end the season with the tag “30 goals and no trophy”.As for Arsenal,Aubameyang & Lacazette has scored twelve goals between them,so if they improve their defence, they would fare better.

Bundesliga

Borussia Dortmund with an unbeaten run and a goal difference of +20 looks the team to beat this season.Their frontline Alcacer,Reus,Sancho have all come to party.Bayern Munich,after an interim struggle appears to be back on track and they have got enough time.Moreover these are the kind of situations which Bayern manages in the transfer window.It would be no surprise if some team from bundesliga gets to see their top performer in Munich's color post january.Frankfurt looks good for a successive Europa slot,thanks to their strikers Haller and Jovic.They may want to qualify for Champions league this time.Leipzig’s Champions league prospects would depend on Timo Werner’s moves and their counter moves.As has been for last few seasons,the younger Hazard is Monchengladbach’s mainstay this season too and would be important for their success.

Serie A

With 10 wins out of 11 matches,Juventus looks all set for their eighth consecutive Serie A title,unless Inter or Napoli,the nearest contenders play that well.The idea of bringing in Ronaldo has worked for them with him being in 12 goal contributions.Napoli keeps their hope on Ancelotti getting his second Serie A title and Internazionale would want to emulate their success after nearly a decade.It would be interesting to see where former players can take A.C. Milan and Lazio.

La Liga

Barcelona tops the league now,though not with a huge lead.They don’t look challenged for the title now unless they mess it up.The real surprise of La liga this season is Real Madrid’s form.Solari has come in place of Lopetegui and have started well.Though currently at 6th position,they are expected to improve as the season progresses.It would be interesting to see whether they can bring in Hazard in the January window and if not,who else it would be.Atletico Madrid has drawn half of their games and plays heavily defensively.Espanyol is another team who is in the top rung at this stage using the same idea.Sevilla is a regular in European championships and looks good for yet another entry.

Top 5 Debut Actresses in Malayalam Movies 2017.

1.Nimisha Sajayan (Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum)
The mumbai based malayalee model girl's debut as Sreeja,a village girl who elopes with her lover and gets into trouble was the best act of the year among the newcomers.Despite being a city girl,she carried off the role very convincingly.

2.Anna Rajan (Angamaly Diaries)
The nurse turned actress made her debut along with an array of newcomers.She did the bubbly and vibrant lichi's character so well and was the life of the movie.

3.Binny Rinky (Angamaly Diaries)
The model who had done musical albums was another of the many debutants in Angamaly Diary.She did a good job as Sakhi, one of the girlfriends of the Protagonist.

4.Wamiqa Gabbi (Godha)
The multi-lingual Punjabi actress made a confident debut in Malayalam as a young wrestler who comes to Kerala in an attempt to manage her personal issues.She was helped by the fact that most of her dialogues were in Hindi or English.

5.Durga Krishna (Vimanam)
The Kozhikode based dancer with an old world charm in her looks made a confident debut as Prithviraj's love interest in the movie  Vimanam.

Fifa World Cup 2018 XI-My Pick.

This is my pick for the Fifa World Cup XI 2018.The Captain of my choice is Croatia's Luka Modric and the Coach is France's Didier Deschamps.The team is presented in a 4-2-3-1 formation.As would be for anyone,it was difficult for me too,to restrict the best to just XI and had to make difficult omissions.The World Cup XI has 4 players from Champions France,2 each from England and Belgium and 1 each from Croatia,Colombia and Sweden.

Indian Super League 2017-18 Team of the Season-My Pick.

This is my pick for the Indian Super League 2017-18 Team of the Season.The formation considered is 4-4-2 and the coach picked for the team is Chennaiyin’s John Gregory being the coach of the champion side.Bengaluru's Albert Roca was also considered but not chosen since he could not win the trophy despite topping the league table.The team follows the ISL rule for foreign player limit and has a 5-6 (foreign-indian) mix.

Goalkeeper

Jamshedpur’s Subrata Paul is the man on the goal.He ended the season with highest save percentage (74.50%) and least goals per game(0.83) from at least 6 games.He was selected on the basis of these better statistics despite discipline being a concern with 2 yellow cards and 1 red card.Distribution competence of the goalkeepers was not comprehensible from the available stats and hence was not considered.

Centre-backs

Mumbai City's Lucian Goian and Kerala Blasters' Sandesh Jhingan are the centre-backs.While Lucian topped the tackles list and is a technically better player,Mailson Alves lost out because of the foreign player limit of 5 players despite having better statistics than Jhingan.Jhingan is top Indian centre-back on the basis of defence metrics.

Full backs

Its Kerala Blasters' Lalruathara on the left and North East United's Nirmal Chettri on the right.Both the players were chosen on the basis of being technically advanced players than their competitors.Also considered was Chennaiyin's Jerry for the left back position and Bengaluru's Rahul Bheke for the right back position.Though Jerry had 2 assists and more interceptions,Lalruathara rated better with a higher tackles and clearances per game ratio.Nirmal and Bheke was almost on par in most of the counts,Nirmal was selected on the basis of better tackles per game ratio.

Centre Midfielders

Goa player Ahmed Jahouh and Pune City's Marcelinho are the centre midfielders selected.Ahmed Jahouh is a defensive midfielder and topped the stats for the season.He was effective as a deep lying playmaker and will fit into both attacking & defensive formations.While Marcelinho’s goal conversion ratio and strike rate is not in the top five,if you add his assists then he has been instrumental in 1.13 goals per game.Further the fact that he can play as a CAM,second striker,F9 or in the wings has also been considered.

Wingers (Inverted)

Goa's Lanzarote and Bengaluru's Udanta singh are the wingers in this XI.Lanzarote was the most effective winger of the season with 13 goals and 6 assists.Udanta scored only 1 goal but had 7 assists and a better conversion ratio among indian wingers.

Forwards

Coro and Sunil Chetri are the forwards in the team.Also considered was Miku and Jeje.Miku scored 15 goals with the best conversion ratio in whole of the league but Coro had a better strike rate,the best shot accuracy in the league and a better overall game with five assists in addition to 18 goals.Also the foreign players limit came into play and hence Miku was not included.Again for Jeje,though he had better conversion ratio than Sunil,Sunil was included for better strike rate and a better overall game.
